The grapes in this unique little vineyard of 1ha are the fruit of traditional white Bordeaux grape varieties planted in 1992 on a beautiful terroir in the commune of Lussac which only produced red wines in the Lussac Saint Emilion appellation.
Traditional growing methods, manual leaf thinning and harvesting, rigorous selection on the vine and on the sorting tables, white wine vinification using the most rigorous techniques.
Fermentation in new oak barrels, stirring the lees and bottling without fining result in a wine with good aromatic complexity, full and harmonious on the palate, golden, full of flavour and limited production.
An opportunity for Michel and Dany Rolland, great red wine specialists, to apply their talents as oenologists to make a white wine with respect for tradition, the first in this right bank region. Originality and pleasure guaranteed.
