Château La Grande Clotte 2015 - Rolland Collection

Château La Grande Clotte 2015 Bordeaux Blanc France

60% Sauvignon Blanc & Gris / 25 % Sémillon / 15% Muscadelle

“A excellent vintage.”

Brilliant, pale-yellow colour with light green highlights.

A lively and complex bouquet with aromas of pineapple, lychee, citrus fruit, lemon zest and vanilla.

Elegant, flavoursome and buttery on the palate with notes of roasted hazelnuts and fresh almonds.

Lovely long aftertaste.

A really exotic white with so much fruit such as green mangos and pineapple. Full body, tangy and bright yet so rich and flavorful. Sexy and enticing . 30% sauvignon blanc, 30% sauvignon gris, 25% semillon and 15% muscadelle.

The 2015 La Grande Clotte, Michel and Dany Rolland's Sauvignon-based blend, is terrific. A dollop of Muscadelle adds an exotic floral/tropical character to the apricot, chamomile and lightly honeyed notes. Rich and ample in feel, with notable textural richness, the 2015 exudes harmony and class. Readers should expect a fairly intense viscous white.

Finale persistante. 2017-2024.
