Le Défi de Fontenil 2010 - Rolland Collection

Le Défi de Fontenil 2010 Wine of France France

100% Merlot - Limited Edition

Grandiose and minute!

Dark colour with carmine highlights. An intense bouquet of blackberry and blackcurrant intermingled with toast and cedar.

Concentrated on the palate with a tannic structure offering excellent elegance and finesse.

The flavour profile is in keeping with the bouquet and paves the way for a lovely long aftertaste.

A classy, elegant wine with a great future ahead of it. A fine Bordeaux enjoyable now and for many years to come.

Le Défi de Fontenil 2010 - Rolland Collection 94/100
Dense purple core. Intense nose of smoke, fine oak, dark berries, blackberry, spice and tobacco. The palate has a quite massive concentration but soft extraction, fresh dark berries, a fine smokiness, juicy dark fruity core and a very long, lingering finish.
Le Défi de Fontenil 2010 - Rolland Collection 92/100
A wine with a solid core of fruit with blackberry skin and blueberry undertones. Full, chewy and rich. Flavorful finish.
