Our Sauvignon Blanc is guided by the traditional Bordeaux winemaking approach that seeks freshness, fruit and pleasure, we planted this plot in order to explore the unique potential of Sauvignon Blanc grown in this stunning Valley.

The 2015 Mariflor Sauvignon Blanc matured in contact with lees for some six months to increase complexity and mouthfeel; it was matured in a combination of egg-shaped cement vats, French oak and regular concrete vats. It's very fresh with aromas of fennel and white flowers, with nicely integrated spicy undertones. The palate is lively and elegant, with subtle minerality.
